The hotel's interior design was simply delightful, creating a cheerful and pleasant atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the vibrant colors and playful patterns throughout the common areas. As a senior woman, I found myself appreciating the hotel's accessibility, with easy access to the rooms and public spaces. It was evident that the hotel had taken into consideration the needs of older guests.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is improved communication from the staff. Sometimes, the young staff members seemed a bit overwhelmed and could benefit from more training in customer service.

Convenient location next to the motorway with secure parking and pet-friendly. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Room had interesting wall art. Spacious and comfortable with good heating and AC. Delicious breakfast available.

I recently stayed at Ibis Styles in Dortmund for a business trip and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The hotel, converted from an old factory building, had a unique and local feel. Despite being located beside the motorway, it was surprisingly calm. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the price-quality ratio was unbeatable. Additionally, the spacious and comfortable rooms, fantastic parking options, and delicious breakfast made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the modern wall art in the room, which added a special touch to the overall ambiance. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely choose Ibis Styles.
